Vahmo is a social planning app that allows users to create, share, and join plans. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the platform.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to verify your phone number. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the security of your account

3. Messaging and Notifications

By using Vahmo, you agree that:

• You may receive SMS messages related to phone verification and event invites
• Message frequency depends on user activity
• Standard message and data rates may apply

You agree not to misuse the messaging features, including sending spam or unsolicited messages.

4. User Content and Community Standards

You are responsible for any content you create or share, including plan details, notes, and invites. You agree not to:

• Send abusive, harmful, or misleading content
• Use the Service for spam or unauthorized promotions

If another user’s content or behavior violates these Terms, you can remove that connection at any time using Remove Friend, or report it to us using the contact information in Section 10. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Real-World Meetups

Vahmo helps you coordinate plans to meet up with others in person. You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct at any plan, gathering, or activity arranged through the Service.

We do not screen participants, verify identities beyond phone number verification, or supervise in-person interactions, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or in person. Use the same judgment and caution you would with any in-person meeting, particularly when sharing plan details with people outside your direct contacts, such as through a shareable link.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time directly within the app, in your account settings. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vahmo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
